Camera and equipment used to make Daguerreotypies are manufactured by the owner of the Photo Museum, photographer Sven-Olov Sundin who manages his store and Studio SOS. While planning the expansion of the Photo Museum plans for a reconstruction of a completely working Daguerreotypie system developed. When the equipment was ready, the question was: Would it work? Was it possible to make Daguerreotypies after the simple description given by Daguerre in his application for a patent?
